AG Family Support are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and committed applicants for Family Support Work (FSW) posts across the East Anglia and Norfolk in particular. This is to support vulnerable children and families involved with statutory social work services. All our Family Support Workers are also trained in child contact supervision.

Due to the demand-driven nature of our work, all advertised FSW positions are Zero-Hour Bank roles, with no minimum hours guaranteed. However, the demand for AGFS’ services in East Anglia is significant and far exceeds our capacity, which means that successful applicants are likely to be able to take on as many hours as they wish. FSWs can choose which assignments they might wish to accept and which they might not, hence this a very flexible role to fit around other part time work, family life, early retirement, or studies.

For those seeking more hours, candidates that can offer great flexibility and regularly cover 12 hr day and sleeping/waking night shifts, may be offered a part time permanent contract, if interested in one, after successful probationary period.
