Our organisation has grown through our track record of effectively supporting Social Workers, Local Authorities and Families.  We pride ourself in delivering a quality service to families in need or at risk. We can also offer bilingual support, when required, for families where English is not their first language. Our highly experienced, in-house team provide family support and assessment services to the courts, local authorities, professionals and the public.

Arthur Gajewski

Arthur was born and raised in Poland, further educated in Australia and has resided in the UK since 2004.

Art has been a qualified social worker since 1997, principally in the field of Child Protection, Risk Assessments and Care Proceedings. Arthur has been practising as an ISW since 2009. He founded AG Family Support in 2015 and since then the organisation has firmly established itself as a trusted and effective service provider across England and Wales. 

Arthur is AG Family Support’s managing director. However, he also works as an Independent Social Work Consultant (HCPC Registered) and expert witness in care proceedings. Moreover, Arthur is a trainer in the area of cultural competency and assessment work with Eastern European families involved in child protection and care proceedings. He is an accredited professional NRPSI Polish-English interpreter and translator.

Emily has worked for 20 years in a wide range of settings within the NHS as a therapist, trainer and supervisor. Emily founded Emotional Balance UK in 2010 and practices as an independent psychotherapist and trainer. She is a registered Occupational Therapist, she holds a Post graduate (MSC Level) diploma in Psycho-Social Interventions), is APPLE (Accreditation of Practice Placement Educators) Registered Supervisor, has completed Statutory Training in child and adult protection and has a current Enhanced DPS check.
